1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, phone number, email address, city, and details about your electrical project — when you submit a quote request or contact form. The planning Scope Builder stays in browser memory and does not save a project brief to our database.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your contact information solely to respond to your quote request and provide electrical services. We do not sell or rent your contact details. Optional Google advertising measurement is described below. HAUSE may review and route the inquiry to an appropriate electrical provider. Saving a request does not confirm notification, booking or provider acceptance.
3. Data Retention
Retention depends on the inquiry and applicable obligations. Request access, correction or deletion at info@hause.ca.
4. Cookies & Analytics
If you choose Allow ad measurement, Google Ads may use advertising cookies, click identifiers and a request reference to measure enquiries attributed to ads. The conversion event does not include your name, email, phone number or project text. Google processes this measurement data under its own privacy terms. Essential only keeps the Google tag unloaded. You can change your choice using Privacy choices at the bottom of any page. Your choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days. Campaign details remain with a request you choose to submit for HAUSE follow-up. The Scope Builder does not persist selections.
5. Security
Requests are submitted to the existing lead storage service over HTTPS; internet transmission and storage cannot be guaranteed risk-free.
6. Your Rights (PIPEDA)
Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@hause.ca.
